- Niki here. I have two lovely children. I want to join this group because it seems interesting. We are a mixed family and identify as Native American (Chickasaw, Chocktaw, and Cherokee) and as a Chicano/Mexican family. We've been here for 11 mo.
- Are you a couple, family or single parent?

I am a new single parent. My children are ages 6 and 5. We are bilingual (Spanish and English); and still learning. We like to have fun, bowling, skating, riding bikes, and more.
- If you have children, what are their ages? Are they biracial or are you raising children from another race?

I am of ixed race: Native American, Spanish, Creole, and African-American. My children are the same as well as 1st generation Mexican. Their father is from Mexico. We have traveled and lived here before, & lived at the border of Texas.
- How long have you been in an Interracial relationship or married?

I was with my ex for seven years. But, we did not see ourselves as an interracial family. We both identified with Mexican tradition. My family is very universal. Our extende family and friends are from other countries i.e. China, Korea, etc.
- What would you like to gain from meeting other interracial Couples & Families?

To share experiences, gather resources, meet other people, and get to know others. Find a place where we belong, because we don't belong to one racial group. Look forward to meeting everyone.
